Our guest today is Haley Pollack, co-founder and Executive Director of Bright Spot Network, a national nonprofit that supports families navigating a parent's cancer diagnosis.
She came to this work through her cancer diagnosis, after experiencing the resource gap first-hand for young parents with cancer.
Before this, she worked at the intersection of criminal justice and education and also as an academic.
Today we are going to talk about her career change journey, and her mission of supporting families navigating a parent’s cancer diagnosis.
